Standard Cover Orders
All standard, in-stock covers must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
If shipment cannot be made within 4 business days, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order before proceeding.
Custom Cover Orders
Custom orders are created through direct discussion and/or written communication to ensure that every detail—such as color selections, logos, embroidery, and production timelines—is accurate and approved before manufacturing begins.
Once a Custom Invoice/Proposal has been accepted and payment confirmed, production will begin. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once production has started.
Custom covers are available with a minimum order of twenty (20).
Order Acceptance
By placing an order with Golf Chic Bags, LLC, you agree to the terms and pricing provided in your invoice or online checkout. Acceptance of payment constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via standard carriers unless otherwise specified. Tracking information will be provided when available. Golf Chic Bags, LLC is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Product Care
We recommend following care instructions provided with your GolfChic Covers® to ensure longevity and maintain product quality. Damage caused by improper use or cleaning is not covered under our return policy.
