Defective or Damaged Covers
If you receive a cover that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange for a return, exchange, or refund. Defective Cover Refunds and/or Return & Exchange Requests will be honored following the return of the item(s) in question.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, all returned covers must be in new, unused condition. Once received, items will be inspected, and an exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.

• All inquiries will receive a response within 48 hours.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.

Custom Orders
Please note that custom or personalized orders (including those with embroidered logos or custom color selections) are non-refundable, unless an error or defect occurred during production.
